“For those of us that were privileged to have played Junior Rugby, one of Terenure's legends in the front row was Owen Rowley ( Rudds). 

An incredible character, warm , funny but on the pitch played with a wee bit of menace. To be in his company after going into battle was a pleasure. The game may have been 80 minutes long but the dissection of the game afterwards with Rudds lasted the night.
