Club Development Update 📲
With work on the redevelopment of the clubhouse ongoing, we thought it was an appropriate time to give a public update on progress to date 🦺
• The 4 Dressing Rooms, 3 Referees Rooms, Medical Room and Storage Rooms are finished and are ready to be snagged ✅
• The Hall is significantly finished ✅
• The Bar will be ready to hand over to the Bar fit out team in 2 weeks ✅
• Phase 1 is due to be completed by Mid-May - This includes the Lobby, Bar, Hall, and Dressing Room ✅
• Phase 2 is on schedule for an August Completion with the Gym, Shop, Coffee Shop and Treatment Rooms handed over to us before the new season gets under way 🛠️
Given the winter we had and the challenges the 70-year-old building threw at us, we believe this is an excellent achievement. Huge thanks to our contractor Elenfield, our QS /PM firm Mulcahy McDonagh, and our own Shane Mallen who has done phenomenal work on behalf of our Club 🚦
To you, the Development Supporters, thank you all, this would not have happened without you 💜
So, when can we expect pints in the new Clubhouse????
