We are pleased to report that the clubhouse redevelopment remains on target with the agreed programme and is progressing in line with the planned schedule. The transformation of our facilities is a major investment in the future of our club, and the works are being carried out in a coordinated, professional manner by a highly experienced project team and main contractor. The work is being regularly monitored and coordinated by our appointed Project Manager and Design Certifier, ensuring progress, quality, and safety at all times.

Over the coming months, members will see increasingly visible changes as the project enters its next phases. The redevelopment is on track, and the end result will be a modern, welcoming clubhouse that the whole club can be proud of.

Works completed to date include:

·                100% complete on strip out and demolition including bar wall, roof, and external walls.

·                100% complete on mechanical and electrical strip out.

·                First fix of mechanical and electrical is at an advanced stage.

·                All dressing room floor slabs removed to allow for new drainage. 

·                Construction of new external wall complete

·                New windows and doors for Club House are in fabrication

·                Works to internal drainage has commenced

Phase 1 of project is on programme for handover in Jan 2026 including bar, multi purpose ballroom and dressing rooms.
