It is with great excitement that the Development Committee can confirm that the planning stage of the club redevelopment has concluded, with a Final Grant of Planning Permission by Dublin City Council on the 6th of January 2025. The Technical Group have been instructed to commence the tender design stage and expect to have this concluded by mid-April 2025 with the full Development completed by mid-2026!

This would not have been possible without the generosity of our Development Supporters and Donors. To date, we have raised a simply incredible €360,000 from our members and supporters. We have applied for grants and other funding which will hopefully give us a budget in the order of €3m to spend.
To qualify for the full amount, we still need to raise €60,000 before the end of April. It is our ambition to achieve this by selling the last 48 (12 Bricks sold since this article was first published on January 17th) by the end of this season. We are so grateful for the support that we have received so far, and we would ask those who have already contributed to help spread the word about this project and help us secure the last required funds.
