Youth Boys 2012 - U13s

In their final league match, the U13s secured a commanding 51-10 victory against Birr RFC. The backs capitalized on the relentless effort of the forwards, leading to a dynamic offensive display. Substitutes made significant impacts, contributing to the team’s success. With a league semi-final and subsequent cup matches on the horizon, the squad is poised for an exciting period ahead.

Youth Boys 2009 - U16s

The U16s commenced their Premier 1 league campaign with a 14-5 win over a formidable Lansdowne RFC. Despite early pressure from Lansdowne, Terenure found their rhythm, scoring just before halftime and adding another try in the second half. The match was a gritty contest, suggesting that future encounters between these teams will be equally engaging.

Youth Girls U14 Sharks

Facing a robust Arklow side, the U14 Sharks were defeated 57-24. Despite the loss, the girls demonstrated commendable resilience, especially in their first experience with contested scrums. Their creative play indicates promising development, and the team remains optimistic about future performances.

Youth Girls U16 Vipers

In a top-of-the-table clash in Leinster League Division 1, the U16 Vipers triumphed over Naas with a 22-5 victory. Played under challenging conditions, the Vipers effectively controlled the game, suppressing Naas’ attacks. The match also marked the welcome return of Catherine McIlroy after a year-long absence due to illness.

Youth Girls U18 Panthers

The U18 Panthers faced a tough match against a physically dominant Wexford side, resulting in a 26-7 loss. Despite the setback, the team views this as a minor hiccup in an otherwise impressive season and is determined to rebound in upcoming fixtures.

Overall, Terenure College RFC’s youth teams continue to display dedication and skill, with several squads advancing towards critical stages in their respective competitions.
