The Tigers, our Disability Tag Rugby team from Terenure RFC, enjoyed a delightful afternoon party with the Lord Mayor of Dublin, James Geoghegan, his wife Claire & their children. The event, filled with laughter and camaraderie, took place in the elegant surroundings of the Lord Mayor’s residence.
The Tigers, known for their passion and dedication to the sport, were thrilled to meet the Lord Mayor, who was genuinely delighted too! His wife, Claire, also warmly engaged with the players, making them feel truly welcomed and celebrated.
The afternoon was great fun with lots of entertainment, but also about recognising the Tigers’ achievements and fostering a sense of community. TCRFC are so proud of the Terenure Tigers and their inclusive spirit which extends across the whole club! We were only delighted to see them being invited to have such a fun afternoon in the Lord Mayors House - they are a fantastic team and we are absolutely delighted for them!!! Go Tigers!!
